Key Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of beauty services including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
• Perform skin care services such as facials, threading, waxing, and other hair removal techniques.
• Deliver manicure and pedicure services, nail art, and other hand and foot treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the salon.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
• Manage bookings and ensure timely services to all clients.
• Upsell salon services and products to enhance the customer experience.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field.
• Proficiency in hair styling, coloring, skincare, and nail care.
• Knowledge of different beauty techniques and products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for the beauty industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within a salon environment.
• Freshers with strong skills and relevant certification may also be considered.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
• 6 days a week (1 day off).
• Shifts: 8 to 10 hours per day (may vary based on business needs).
