Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across various departments.
• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key metrics to senior management.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend actionable strategies to enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as accounting, operations, and business development.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Provide support in investment analysis, risk assessments, and project evaluations.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement to drive operational excellence.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly.

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Internship or project-based exposure in finance, accounting, or consulting is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Standard Time)
• Flexibility may be required based on project timelines.
