Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost online engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end online campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Oversee and manage the companys website content, UX, and SEO to increase organic traffic.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.
• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure all activities stay within allocated funds.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior leadership on a regular basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, and SEO platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in an international setting.
• Prior experience in managing digital teams and working with cross-functional departments is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Singapore Time)
• Hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work when required
