As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, personnel, and visitors. You will play a critical role in protecting assets and maintaining a safe environment by monitoring premises, enforcing regulations, and handling any security incidents as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a secure environment.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons.
• Report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to supervisors and management.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including emergencies such as fire, medical, or security threats.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure security standards are upheld.
• Write daily reports and logs detailing observations and incidents during shifts.
• Enforce property rules and regulations to prevent violations or disturbances.
• Assist in coordinating emergency responses and evacuation procedures when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand and patrol for extended periods.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Must be disciplined, punctual, and able to follow security protocols.
• Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Valid passport and eligibility to work in Singapore.
• No prior criminal record; candidates must pass a background check.

Experience

• Prior experience as a Security Guard is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with strong discipline and a commitment to safety are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, typically 8 to 12-hour shifts on a rotational basis.
• Day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in stressful situations.
• Familiarity with CCTV and basic security equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic report writing and incident documentation skills.
