Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of Telecaller in a leading BPO and Call Center environment based in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for Indian candidates who are looking to kick-start or grow their career in the customer service industry. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service, resolving customer inquiries, and contributing to the companys growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls in a professional manner.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide accurate solutions and alternatives.
• Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Manage customer queries and complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software knowledge is an advantage).
• Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service environment is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
• Rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
• 8-hour shifts with break time as per company policy.
