Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry & Document Management Supervisor to join our remote team. This role will be responsible for overseeing data entry processes, ensuring document accuracy and compliance, and leading a team of data entry professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of data entry specialists to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Oversee the document management process, including data input, verification, storage, and retrieval.
- Implement and monitor data entry procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Train, mentor, and support the data entry team to promote continuous improvement.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and address data-related issues.
- Develop and maintain reports for senior management, providing updates on team performance and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations related to data management and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry and document management.
- Strong supervisory or team lead experience, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and document management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, document management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule with core hours between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) in your local time zone.
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of data entry processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
