Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end data entry workflows across multiple projects.
- Supervise and support a remote team of data entry operators, ensuring high productivity and quality.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure all deliverables meet company and client standards.
- Design and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
- Create detailed reports and performance metrics to track team progress and project status.
- Act as a point of contact for client communication regarding data entry requirements and project updates.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to operational bottlenecks.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring adherence to data security and confidentiality guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage remote teams effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or workflow coordination.
- Prior experience in a managerial or team leader role within a data-driven environment preferred.
- Experience working in a remote or home-based setting is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time role: 40 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours with occasional requirements to adjust according to project deadlines or client needs.
- Monday to Friday schedule, with potential for occasional weekend support.
