Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic support and mentorship, encouraging student motivation and success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Education, the subject you wish to teach, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Experience

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience (online or in-person) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds will be an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Minimum of 10-15 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase based on availability and demand.
• Fully remote position – work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong command of your subject matter and the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely.
