Job Summary:

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Home-Based Academic Coaches. This role is designed for candidates who have a passion for education, guiding students towards academic success, and delivering high-quality support in a flexible, home-based setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one academic coaching and guidance to students in a virtual environment.
• Support students in organizing study plans, managing academic workload, and developing effective learning strategies.
• Identify individual student needs and adapt coaching methods accordingly.
• Encourage and motivate students to achieve their personal and academic goals.
• Regularly track and report student progress and engagement levels to the Academic Support Team.
• Communicate effectively with both students and internal teams to ensure a seamless coaching experience.
• Stay up-to-date with basic academic trends and educational practices relevant to student success.
• Uphold the values and standards of Fresher Jobs Hub in all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to build rapport and engage positively with students remotely.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a supportive approach to student learning.
• Comfortable working independently in a home-based role.
• Basic computer literacy (sending emails, using video conferencing tools, and simple data entry).

Experience:

• Prior experience in tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or academic support is preferred but not essential.
• Recent graduates or individuals with a background in education, psychology, counseling, or a related field are highly encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working schedule with the option to choose shifts.
• Both part-time and full-time opportunities available.
• Evening and weekend availability may be required to accommodate student needs.
