Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live, interactive online language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
• Develop and deliver customized lesson plans based on each students learning goals and needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their language acquisition.
• Incorporate innovative teaching strategies, multimedia, and digital resources to foster an engaging virtual classroom.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and lesson outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching materials.
• Ensure a positive, inclusive, and motivating online learning atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, Linguistics, Foreign Languages, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one language you intend to teach (e.g., English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to create dynamic and personalized learning experiences using online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues during lessons.

Experience

• Prior experience as a language instructor or tutor is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with a strong passion for teaching and excellent language skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with virtual teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Working Hours
