Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Corporate Trainer specializing in Soft Skills and Business Coaching. The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering professionals with essential interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as delivering high-impact coaching sessions that foster personal and professional development. You will design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences for employees across various industries, equipping them with the tools needed to thrive in todays competitive business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate virtual training sessions on soft skills such as communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.
• Conduct business coaching for professionals, helping them set and achieve performance goals.
• Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of clients from different sectors.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Partner with HR and management teams to align learning programs with company objectives.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to reinforce learning and drive behavioral change.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in corporate training, adult learning principles, and coaching methodologies.
• Create and maintain training materials, e-learning modules, and other learning assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in soft skills development and business coaching principles.
• Excellent virtual facilitation skills with the ability to engage participants in an online environment.
• Proficient in using digital training tools and platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or WebEx.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt training content to diverse audiences and industries.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Business Coach, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful soft skills and business coaching programs in a corporate environment.
• Experience working with multinational clients or across various sectors is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote work schedule.
• Core working hours are typically between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (clients local time), with occasional adjustments based on client time zones.

• In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and coaching frameworks.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
