Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage day-to-day activities on all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and recruitment teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor trends in social media, employment, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost visibility and lead generation.
- Prepare monthly reports highlighting key insights, KPIs, and recommendations for future actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
Experience:
- 2+ years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams is an advantage.
- Background in HR, recruitment, or job platforms is a plus but not required.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Flexible working hours, but must be available for occasional team meetings in GMT or EST time zones.
