Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate tailored solutions and product offerings.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and follow up regularly to close sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales support for clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management to improve sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to confidently pitch products and services over the phone and via video calls.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common communication tools (email, CRM, video conferencing).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience
- No prior IT background is necessary.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Freshers and career switchers are welcome to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Working Hours
- Full-time remote position.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible scheduling depending on client location/time zone).
- Occasional weekend work may be required based on project needs.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and resilience under pressure.
