Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate tailored solutions and product offerings.
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and follow up regularly to close sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales support for clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management to improve sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to confidently pitch products and services over the phone and via video calls.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with common communication tools (email, CRM, video conferencing).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

  • No prior IT background is necessary.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible scheduling depending on client location/time zone).
  • Occasional weekend work may be required based on project needs.

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
