Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a motivated and self-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network.
• Manage existing affiliate relationships to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Develop and implement innovative affiliate marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights and reports.
• Negotiate commission structures and contracts with affiliate partners.
• Collaborate closely with the content, SEO, and paid media teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader marketing objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brand guidelines across all affiliate activities.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and digital performance marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g., ShareASale, Impact, CJ Affiliate).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and conversion rate optimization.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing or digital performance marketing.
• Proven track record of growing affiliate programs and generating revenue through partnerships.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours; however, availability for team meetings and partner communications during core business hours is required.
• This is a full-time remote position with autonomy over your daily schedule.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in affiliate tracking software, Google Analytics, and other performance measurement tools.
