Job Summary
Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a highly motivated and talented Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence Research Intern to join our innovative team on a remote basis. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development of machine learning and artificial intelligence models for real-world applications.
- Assist senior researchers in building prototypes and testing novel algorithms.
- Analyze large datasets to extract patterns and insights that can be applied to ML/AI projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other interns on various ongoing projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, deep learning, and related technologies.
- Contribute to peer-reviewed publications, white papers, or internal technical papers.
- Take part in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share ideas and offer technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of core concepts in machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistics, and data mining.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation techniques.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Experience
- Previous internship or project experience in AI, machine learning, or data analysis is preferred but not mandatory.
- Academic or personal projects demonstrating practical application of machine learning techniques will be highly valued.
Working Hours
- This is a fully remote internship with flexible working hours.
- Expected commitment is approximately 15-20 hours per week, depending on project deadlines and availability.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
- Ability to handle, clean, and manipulate large datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of MLOps and deployment pipelines is advantageous.
- Critical thinking and curiosity to explore innovative approaches to solving complex problems.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet project milestones.
