Job Summary
UPS is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Remote Data Entry Associate to join our Logistics Support team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics operations by maintaining and inputting key data into our systems. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will contribute to the seamless flow of information, supporting logistics and supply chain activities across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into internal systems and databases to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams including warehouse, transportation, and customer service to track shipments and resolve issues.
- Manage large volumes of data while meeting strict deadlines and adhering to company policies.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to support logistics management and decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information in compliance with company standards.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance workflow.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics and supply chain departments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelors degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administration, or logistics support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in data entry, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Previous experience working remotely is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with logistics software or transportation management systems (TMS) is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
- Flexible scheduling with core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (timezone based on your location).
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.

- Knowledge of basic supply chain and logistics processes.
- Ability to maintain focus and efficiency when handling repetitive tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
