Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data from various source documents into the UPS system.
- Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update database records, spreadsheets, and digital filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation and generation of reports as needed by the team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely data processing.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Perform routine audits on data to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on project status and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong typing skills with a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Previous experience working remotely is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible work schedules available.
- Both full-time (40 hours per week) and part-time (20-30 hours per week) positions offered.
- May require occasional weekend or evening availability depending on project deadlines.
