UPS is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Warehouse Data Entry Coordinator to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data related to inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations in internal systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams to verify data and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory records to ensure stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Support process improvements by identifying data entry errors and providing recommendations for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely reporting.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism, adhering to company data protection policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a warehouse, supply chain, or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with inventory control, shipping documentation, or order processing is highly desirable.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Flexible working hours may be available depending on business needs and time zone.

- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
