Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process invoice data into the companys financial systems.
  • Review invoices for discrepancies and follow up with relevant departments to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure all invoices are processed in accordance with UPS financial policies and deadlines.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing issues and clarify invoice details.
  • Maintain organized records of all processed invoices and related documentation.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with reporting and auditing tasks as needed by the finance and accounting departments.
  • Consistently meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance or accounting is a plus.
  • Proven experience with data entry, invoice processing, or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or general data entry.
  • Experience working remotely or within a distributed team is preferred.
  • Familiarity with logistics or supply chain industry processes is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling available based on team and project needs.
  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
