Job Summary:
As a Remote UPS Customer Support & Data Entry Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting our operations teams through accurate data entry and customer relationship management. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing resolutions in a courteous and effective manner.
- Accurately input and update data related to shipments, deliveries, and customer accounts into UPS systems.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and billing to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and trace shipments, providing customers with real-time updates and proactively addressing potential delivery issues.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations, ensuring swift resolution in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company confidentiality policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM or customer service software.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support, preferably in a logistics or transportation environment.
- Experience working remotely and managing tasks independently is preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics operations is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Full-time role, 40 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required to accommodate occasional overtime or peak periods).
- Fully remote, with potential for virtual meetings across different time zones.

- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with shipment tracking systems and logistics processes.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
