Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for hospital-related inquiries, including scheduling, patient support, and general assistance.
  • Provide accurate information to patients, families, and healthcare staff regarding services, appointments, and other relevant matters.
  • Document all call interactions in the system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Escalate urgent matters to the appropriate on-call medical or administrative staff.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while assisting callers in a fast-paced and sometimes high-stress environment.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and excellent service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening abilities with a focus on providing empathetic and effective support.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM platforms, and standard office applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare support role.
  • Previous experience working overnight shifts or in a healthcare-related environment is highly preferred.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time, night shift position.
  • Hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (your local time), Monday through Friday.
  • Occasional weekend or holiday coverage may be required based on business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital administrative procedures is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote role with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
