This position is fully remote and focuses solely on chat support—no phone calls required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time assistance to clients and job seekers through live chat channels.
- Address inquiries regarding job postings, application processes, account issues, and general support topics.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as technical support and account management to resolve complex queries.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, platform updates, and healthcare industry trends.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously with efficiency and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours
- Evening shifts from 4 PM to 12 AM (your local time zone or specified company time zone).
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays based on business needs.
- Fully remote role with consistent evening coverage expected.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Solid understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload while handling multiple chats.
