Key Responsibilities

  • Document and track all customer interactions and solutions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Continuously stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of customer inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated while working remotely.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or technical support role (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
  • Experience working in a remote setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
  • Night shift schedule: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (based on the companys time zone).
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments and customer needs.
  • Comfortable using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills for common IT issues.
