Duties & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be at the forefront, working closely with hardware stores and other retailers with hardware divisions.

We are looking for someone who has substantial experience working in the distribution sector, and understands the nuances of selling to resellers or outlets rather than end-users.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Our ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of sales experience and be well-versed in the distribution channel processes. While direct experience in the hardware industry is an advantage, a passion for tools and a DIY mindset are equally valuable.

Your primary focus will be the Western Cape

Familiarity with these areas is essential.

You will need to be ready for frequent travel, equipped with a reliable passport, and intimately knowledgeable about the local network of hardware stores.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven individual capable of strategic planning and execution. You should thrive in organizing your tasks to achieve exceptional distribution network performance and provide outstanding support to retailers.

Package & Remuneration

There is a negotiable basic salary, with an industry related commision plan.

On target earnings will get you R35k+

Travel allowance (Own vehicle essential)
