Duties & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities of an In-House Recruiter:
• Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews both telephonically and in-person.
• Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews with hiring managers.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide updates on the recruiting process.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Present offers of employment to successful candidates and negotiate when needed.
• Prepare employment contracts.
• Onboard new employees.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualification & Experience
• Matric
• Completed Degree or a 3-year Diploma from a reputable tertiary organisation
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be articulate and fluent in English
• Previous recruitment experience (agency or corporate)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set targets
• Solid understanding of the recruiting life cycle
