Position Summary
To advance Teach For All’s mission and vision, we launched an Education Technology Initiative in 2024 to develop teachers and leaders who leverage AI and technology to increase educational equity and advance students’ holistic development. Over the past year, Teach For All also developed a plan for creating a Fund that would support social enterprises–usually but not exclusively ed tech companies–led by alumni while generating a new revenue stream for Teach For All.
The initiative’s priorities are to:
• Equip Educators: Ensure teachers across the network have access to the connectivity, devices, software, AI tools, and comprehensive training to effectively leverage technology to drive equity and impact in their classrooms.
• Cultivate a Learning Community: Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration among educators, both within and beyond our network, to identify and disseminate best practices for leveraging technology to promote equity and accelerate student learning and development.
• Develop Educational Technology and AI Leaders: Empower network teachers and alumni to assume leadership positions and influence within the ed tech and AI fields, driving innovation and impact.
To lead this ambitious initiative, Teach For All seeks a visionary and dynamic leader. This individual will serve as a passionate champion for ed tech and AI across our network, driving the initiative's strategic evolution and significantly expanding the integration of technology to advance educational equity. This leader will also cultivate strategic partnerships and develop the innovative Fund for alumni-led ventures.
