Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Intern to join our team at Fresher Jobs Hub. As an intern, you will be required to assist in making outbound calls to potential clients, answering customer inquiries, and providing product or service information in multiple languages (Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi). This is a remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the growth of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients or leads, presenting products or services.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Provide detailed information about products or services, ensuring customer understanding.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the team.
- Assist in setting up appointments and follow-ups for sales or customer service teams.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism during calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor or team leader for resolution.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to telecalling activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience:
- No prior experience is required; however, any previous internship or experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- Freshers or candidates looking to gain experience in the telecalling field are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours based on the intern's availability.
- Minimum commitment of 15-20 hours per week.

- Proficiency in using telecalling tools and CRM software is a plus, but not required.
