Compensation
$30,000-$50,000 yearly salary
Positions paid hourly based on experience.
Professional Interviewers, 30-40hrs/week
Responsibilities
• Interview applicants via zoom to determine if candidate is a match for open positions following interview script and record candidate answers.
• Complete hiring and onboarding paperwork
• Completing assigned tasks within designated time frames
• Candidate assessment and selection
• Submitting payment information for candidate training courses
• Additional duties as requested
Qualifications
• Ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a similar industry or at least handling similar tasks and responsibilities.
• Professional mannerisms and reassuring attitude
• Computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Zoom
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while adhering to company protocol, self starter and positive attitude
• Strong internet connection so working remotely can be done efficiently and without interruptions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Virtual Trainer/Teacher 30/40hrs/week
Responsibilities
• Facilitates internal virtual training sessions
• Provide training for new and existing employees in the areas of new and existing products and services.
• Updates excel reports for tracking candidates progression and completion of training
• Assist in scheduling training events and resources within the company.
• Additional duties as requested
Qualifications
• Ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a similar industry or at least handling similar tasks and responsibilities.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Organizational skills are essential, good interpersonal and team skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively, and confidently, present information and respond to questions in a real-time environment.
• Function independently in a multi-tasked environment.

Virtual Assistant 20-40hrs/week
Responsibilities
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails as needed
• Scheduling and managing meetings
• Manage contact lists and organize managers calendars
• Data entry
• Prepare and organize databases and reports
• Handle customer and employer information confidently
• Additional duties as requested
Qualifications

• Highly organized multi-tasker who can work on multiple projects simultaneously
