We are looking for an Admin Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly calendars of senior managers.
• Organize and streamline administrative processes and procedures for maximum efficiency.
• Handle correspondence and communication, including answering phone calls, emails, and managing mail.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs, ensuring high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
• Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
• Facilitate travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings for staff and visitors.
• Maintain and update company databases and filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Assist in the preparation and control of budgets, expenses, and invoices.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties, maintaining strong working relationships.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
