Key Responsibilities



  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and order processing.

  • Handle customer queries and issues by coordinating with the customer support team and internal departments.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of orders, returns, inventory, and other backend operations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, returns, and updates to customer information.

  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.

  • Support inventory management by ensuring data accuracy and updating stock levels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.

  • Provide feedback to management regarding potential process improvements.

Working Hours
