• Collaborate with the social media team to align Instagram Story content with overall marketing strategies.

• Monitor and analyze story performance using Instagram Insights, adjusting content strategy based on engagement metrics.

• Stay updated with the latest Instagram algorithm changes and best practices to maximize reach.

• Engage with followers through direct messages, replies, and interactive elements.

• Schedule and post Instagram Stories consistently to maintain audience interest and brand visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Instagrams features, including Stories, Highlights, Stickers, and Reels.

• Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for aesthetic design and branding.

• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools.

• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling captions and text overlays.

• Knowledge of hashtags, trends, and engagement strategies on Instagram.

• Ability to work independently and manage content scheduling efficiently.

• A passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation.

Experience

• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred but not required.

• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.

• A personal or professional Instagram account with demonstrated content creation skills is beneficial.
