Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Moderator to oversee, review, and manage online content for various brands. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate inappropriate content or behavior to relevant teams.

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align moderation strategies with brand objectives.

• Generate reports on user engagement, content performance, and moderation activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to assess and moderate content objectively while maintaining brand voice.

• Familiarity with content policies, community standards, and social media guidelines.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in social media moderation, community management, or a related field.

• Previous experience working with digital brands, marketing agencies, or content-driven platforms is a plus.

• Understanding of crisis management and conflict resolution on social media is preferred.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, based on content moderation needs.

• Rotational shifts may apply, depending on the brands audience engagement.
