Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to align social media efforts with overall company goals.

• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports with insights and recommendations.

• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a marketing or brand-building role.

• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creativity in content creation, including basic graphic design and video editing.

• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Experience in running paid social media campaigns is a plus.

• Previous work in a remote setting is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours, with availability to respond to urgent social media interactions as needed.

• Some evening or weekend engagement may be required, depending on campaign schedules.
