Job Summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a detail-oriented TikTok & YouTube Content Moderator to ensure a safe and engaging experience for online communities. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content on both platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. This is a fully remote position, making it ideal for individuals who can work independently while maintaining high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review TikTok and YouTube content, ensuring it adheres to platform guidelines and policies.

• Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content while maintaining fairness and objectivity.

• Respond to flagged content from users and take appropriate action based on established policies.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok and YouTube guidelines, trends, and emerging issues.

• Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Escalate serious violations or complex issues to senior moderators or management.

• Provide feedback and insights on content trends and emerging risks.

• Work with AI moderation tools to enhance efficiency while ensuring human oversight in complex cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TikTok and YouTube community guidelines and content policies.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).

• Ability to make fair and objective decisions based on policies.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle policy violations.

• Good judgment in distinguishing between borderline content and clear violations.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high content volume efficiently.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with fellow moderators.

Experience

• Previous experience in content moderation (preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience working in social media, customer support, or digital content management is a plus.

• Familiarity with social media trends and online community behavior.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available, including day, evening, and weekend schedules to support a 24/7 moderation team.
