Key Responsibilities

  • Assist sellers with onboarding, account management, and operational queries.

  • Provide real-time support via phone, email, and chat to resolve seller concerns efficiently.

  • Educate sellers on Flipkarts policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance their performance.

  • Troubleshoot order, payment, and product listing issues to ensure a seamless selling experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

  • Maintain detailed records of seller interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the overall seller experience.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.

  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and online tools.

  • Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously with efficiency and professionalism.

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.


Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, seller support, or a related field (e-commerce experience is a plus).

  • Freshers with excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business requirements.

  • Full-time remote position with 8-hour work shifts.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • In-depth understanding of e-commerce operations and seller dynamics.

  • Familiarity with marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to sellers for business improvement.
