Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery scheduling.

• Work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Monitor transportation costs and optimize shipping routes to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations for shipping and logistics.

• Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.

• Address and resolve any shipping delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation activities.

• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure proper inventory management and stock accuracy.

• Implement strategies for improving supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation management, and supply chain operations.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.

• Ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle unexpected logistical issues.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role.

• Experience working with e-commerce, retail, or logistics companies is a plus.

• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations is preferred.
