Key Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain operations, including inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.

• Collaborate with vendors, warehouse teams, and delivery partners to ensure timely shipments.

• Utilize data analytics to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance and develop improvement strategies.

• Implement and maintain supply chain management software and automation tools.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to logistics and transportation.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.

• Address and resolve any operational issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective coordination with multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other supply chain management tools.

• Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, inventory control, or a related field.

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics companies will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote working hours with a requirement to be available during core business hours.

• Occasional weekend or late-night work may be needed during peak sales seasons.
