Order Processing: Verify and process customer orders efficiently to ensure timely dispatch.
Order Tracking & Monitoring: Track shipments and provide real-time updates on order status.
Issue Resolution: Address order discrepancies, delays, or cancellations, and coordinate with logistics partners to resolve issues.
Customer Support Coordination: Work with customer service teams to handle queries related to deliveries, returns, and refunds.
Collaboration with Warehouse & Logistics: Communicate with warehouse and courier teams to streamline operations.
Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipping details, and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
Quality Control: Ensure adherence to Flipkarts standards for order accuracy and timely delivery.
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations and order fulfillment processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and order management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (or any regional language).
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations efficiently.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
0-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, order processing, or supply chain management.
Freshers with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in e-commerce are encouraged to apply.
