Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding stock availability and shipment schedules.

  • Handle customer queries related to warehouse operations, returns, and product availability.

  • Monitor and analyze warehouse performance data, providing reports to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management best practices.

  • Support warehouse teams by scheduling deliveries and maintaining real-time data accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and warehouse management systems.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or administrative roles (preferably in e-commerce or retail).

Working Hours
