Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and graphics) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

• Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with company goals and audience preferences.

• Monitor trends, news, and conversations to create timely and relevant content.

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide reports with actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with branding guidelines.

• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.

• Work with graphic designers, video editors, and influencers to enhance content quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including best practices for content creation and engagement.

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and compelling visuals.

• Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).

• Experience in video editing (using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing trends.

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Experience working with social media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.

• Previous experience in community management or influencer collaborations is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with performance-based deadlines.

• Occasional weekend or evening work may be required to cover real-time trends and events.
