Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Virtual Assistant to support small businesses with administrative and operational tasks. As a key member of our team, you will help business owners streamline their daily operations, manage communications, and handle essential administrative duties. Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments for small business owners.
Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional manner.
Assist with data entry, document organization, and file management.
Conduct research on various topics, including market trends and competitors.
Support social media management, including content scheduling and engagement.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
Coordinate with different departments or external vendors for business operations.
Perform other administrative and clerical duties as required.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred but not required.
