Fresher Jobs Hub is looking for a highly organized and proactive Freelance Virtual Assistant to support daily operations. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and have excellent communication skills. As a Virtual Assistant, you will assist with administrative tasks, email management, scheduling, research, and other operational duties to help streamline business activities.

Administrative Support – Handle data entry, document organization, and maintain digital records.
Email & Calendar Management – Respond to emails, schedule appointments, and manage calendars efficiently.
Customer Support – Provide professional assistance via email or chat when required.
Research & Reporting – Conduct online research, gather information, and create reports or summaries.
Social Media Assistance – Help manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and track engagement (if applicable).
Basic Bookkeeping – Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping (if applicable).
Task Coordination – Manage to-do lists, set reminders, and ensure deadlines are met.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools or software.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred: 1+ years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or a related field.
Not Required: Entry-level candidates with strong organizational and communication skills are welcome to apply.
