Coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain records, organize digital files, and update databases.
Assist with social media management, content scheduling, and basic marketing tasks.
Process invoices, manage expenses, and support financial record-keeping.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

1-3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant role.

Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Flexible working hours, but availability during core business hours is required.
Occasional weekend or evening support may be needed, depending on workload.
