Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Assist with social media management, content scheduling, and basic marketing tasks.

  • Process invoices, manage expenses, and support financial record-keeping.

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant role.

  • Experience working remotely is preferred but not required.

  • Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and basic social media management is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).

  • Flexible working hours, but availability during core business hours is required.

  • Occasional weekend or evening support may be needed, depending on workload.

  • Strong knowledge of remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, Trello, or Asana.
