Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with service standards.

• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions for quality assurance and training purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer chats simultaneously.

• Proficient typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch service.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge of airline services, travel booking systems, or previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or data entry is preferred but not required.

• Experience in the airline or travel industry is an advantage.

• Prior remote work experience is beneficial.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Full-time and part-time positions available.

• Must be available for at least 20-40 hours per week, depending on the role.
