Handle inquiries related to baggage, refunds, and loyalty programs.
Process payments and issue electronic tickets.

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre or Amadeus is a plus.
