Comfortable working independently while adhering to company policies and performance standards.
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline, hospitality, or travel industry.
Previous experience in remote work or a call center environment is a plus.
Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre) is beneficial but not required.
