Key Responsibilities

  • Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications while adhering to American Airlines policies and procedures.

  • Assist customers with loyalty program (AAdvantage) inquiries, including mileage redemption and account management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system.

  • Uphold American Airlines commitment to safety, reliability, and excellent service.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in computer systems, CRM software, and online booking tools.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays.


Experience

  • Entry-level candidates with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.

  • Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, or the airline industry is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Full-time positions require a commitment of 40 hours per week.
