Process refunds, rebook flights, and handle special requests as per company guidelines.

Uphold American Airlines standards of customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions efficiently.

Comfortable working with computers, airline booking systems, and customer service software.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or the travel industry is highly preferred.
Experience working remotely is a plus.
Knowledge of airline reservation systems (such as Sabre or Amadeus) is a bonus but not required.
