Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure a positive experience.
Process payments, refunds, and travel credits as needed.
Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of American Airlines policies and procedures.
Utilize customer service software and systems to manage interactions and track customer concerns.
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in using computers, email, and customer service software.
Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates (Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus.
Prior customer service experience is required, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industry.
Experience in handling high-volume customer interactions via phone, chat, or email.
Previous remote work experience is an advantage but not required.
Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as American Airlines operates 24/7.
