  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role, office management, or customer service.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible schedules may be available).

  • Part-time: Flexible shifts based on company needs.

  • Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on project deadlines.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
