Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives and staff.
Handle email and phone correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other essential business documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace is organized and well-stocked.
Support HR and finance teams with paperwork, onboarding, and payroll assistance.
Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and accommodations for company personnel.
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned to enhance office efficiency and team productivity.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
1–3 years of experience in an administrative role, office management, or customer service.
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus.
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible schedules may be available).
Part-time: Flexible shifts based on company needs.
Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on project deadlines.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
